1. What sort of event could I use your documentary service for?

Your business, community or faith organisation may need to keep a visual record of an important meeting, a special event or a VIP visitor. A photographic record of such events can have all kinds of purposes and significance – for marketing, fund-raising, or publicity, for example. You might want to record:-

A conference                              A guest speaker or visitor
A sports event                            A community social or carnival
Your AGM                                   School speech day
A prize giving event                    The annual outing

2. How much notice do you need?

None, as long as I’m available on the date you want.  

3. What if the event I want to record takes place over a period of time?

This is possible because I charge by the hour.

4. Can we meet you to discuss our requirements before booking you?

Yes. We can meet in person, or simply arrange things by email or text message. Alternatively, we can meet just before a booking.

5. Can I have a DVD instead of photographs?

You have the option of photographs or a DVD. This option is cost effective, especially if you think you may require lots of reprints and have access to a photo printer.
