Copyright & reproduction
Jane Atkinson Photography owns the copyright of all images, and has the exclusive right to make reprints.

Jane Atkinson Photography has the right to use images for the purposes of a professional portfolio, samples, business promotions, entries in exhibitions and competitions, advertising, illustration and display.

Deposit and payment
A deposit if 25% of the package price is payable immediately to secure the booking.
The balance is due one week prior to the booking.
Payment should be made by cheque to Jane Atkinson Photography

Cancellation
If the client cancels the booking 90 days before the booked date, 50% of the deposit is refundable.
If the client cancels this agreement within 90 days of the booking, no refund will be given.

Client’s usage
The client is obtaining images for personal use only.
The client shall not sell prints, or authorise reproductions are permitted the images must be credited to Jane Atkinson Photography.

Failure to meet the agreement
If Jane Atkinson Photography cannot perform the photography, due to unforeseen circumstances, accident or illness, the deposit will be returned in full.
In such circumstances, an alternative photographer will be provided. If this is not possible, Jane Atkinson Photography shall not be liable.
If images are lost or damaged Jane Atkinson Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the value of the booking.
